1. Reservation Information:
All information provided by the guest must be accurate and complete. LAVION VIP is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information during the transfer.

2. Waiting Time:
For airport pickups, the free waiting time is 60 minutes from the landing time of the flight. If this period is exceeded, an additional fee may be requested.

3. Passenger Conduct:
Passengers must not engage in behavior that may endanger safety inside the vehicle. If the driver considers a situation unsafe, they have the right to terminate the transfer.

4. Luggage Allowance:
Standard VIP transfers include 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on bag per person. Excess luggage or special equipment may incur additional charges.

5. Vehicle Change:
LAVION VIP reserves the right to change the vehicle type when necessary, provided that it remains within the same segment/category.

6. Route and Additional Stops:
Any additional stops not specified during reservation are subject to availability and may require extra fees.

7. Cancellation & Refund:
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the transfer time are non-refundable. Cancellations made earlier are eligible for a refund.

8. Security Camera Recording:
For safety purposes, VIP vehicles may be equipped with security cameras. Recordings may only be viewed by authorized personnel and are stored in compliance with data protection laws (KVKK).

9. Liability Disclaimer:
LAVION VIP is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, road works, or any circumstances beyond our control.

10. Pricing & Payment:
All prices include taxes and are clearly communicated to the guest prior to the transfer.
